Cancellation Policy

Enrolment and Payment * Once payment is made, your spot in the course is secured. * A Zoom link for your lessons will be sent to your email before the first session. * Payments are final, but if any issues arise, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Booking and Scheduling * For private lessons, learners can book their first lesson, then during this initial session, your tutor will discuss your availability and help you set up a recurring schedule that suits your needs. You’ll have full access to your Member Area, where you can easily cancel or reschedule lessons. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointments. * For group lessons, your tutor will contact you before the course begins to confirm scheduling details and assist with setting up recurring lessons within your selected plan. * Need to reschedule? Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice, and we’ll happily find a new time for you. * Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the lesson might be harder to accommodate, but we’ll always try to help. Missed Lessons * If you miss a lesson without prior notice, unfortunately, we can’t reschedule or refund it. * If your tutor cancels, we’ll reschedule at your convenience or offer a refund. Course Materials and Access * All course materials are provided online for easy access anytime. * Please ensure you have a reliable internet connection and suitable device for your lessons.
